_Never_ put all your eggs in one basket. Check out where other artists who publish similar works upload their content (it doesn't 'have to be' soundcloud or bandcamp). Then create accounts in those places as well. That way, even if some of the other places are not to your liking, you will still have alternatives.
Also: The issues 'might' come from Russia, rather than from soundcloud itself. You should ask other Russian music producers here on NG for more details. We have a lot of you. ;)
